Yes! We believe consistency is important so you can build a relationship with your cleaner. If your regular cleaner is on holiday, you may choose to have another fully-trained team member cover, or we can reschedule to maintain continuity.

Our domestic cleaning service can include dusting all surfaces, vacuuming carpets and hard floors, mopping, cleaning bathrooms thoroughly, kitchen cleaning and organising living spaces. We offer a fully tailored service at no extra cost — entirely led by you. This can include window and blind cleaning, bed changes, or more time spent in one area for a deeper clean. Unlike others, we do not charge extra for these additional services. We simply charge per hour — and this flexibility is what our customers love! We bring all necessary equipment and cleaning supplies, but do ask that you supply a mop and bucket along with your favourite floor cleaner.

A one-off clean is a general house clean including hoovering, dusting, bathrooms and mopping — perfect for a one-off occasion. This is not a deep clean.

A deep clean allows a much more detailed clean and more hours are needed to complete it. Think grout in bathroom tiles, pulling out sofas, cleaning windows and frames. This can be totally tailored to you and can cover specific rooms only, such as bathrooms.

No — we don't tie you into a contract. While we hope you have no reason to stop our services, you are free to do so at any point.

For regular cleaning services, we typically have availability within 1–2 weeks. One-off or deep cleaning may be available sooner depending on our schedule. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred time slot.
