End of Tenancy and Move Out Cleaning Across Northern Ireland

An end of tenancy clean is a full-property clean carried out when a tenant moves out of a rented property. It covers significantly more than a regular domestic clean — inside every cupboard and drawer, the fridge and freezer, the hob and extractor, bathrooms and tiles, limescale on taps and shower screens, skirting boards, window sills, door frames, light switches and door handles. Every room is worked through completely and the property is hoovered and mopped throughout.

We also carry out move-in cleans for tenants and homeowners moving into a new property, and between-let cleans for landlords and property managers. All cleans are carried out by Access NI checked, fully insured cleaners. The property needs to be empty of personal belongings before the clean begins and hot water must be available. We bring all products and equipment.

No. Internal oven cleaning is not part of our service. We clean the hob, extractor and surrounding kitchen surfaces but not inside the oven. If you need the oven interior cleaned, you will need to arrange that with a specialist oven cleaning company.
Does the property need to be empty before the clean?
Yes. The property needs to be clear of personal belongings and furniture before we start. Hot water must be on and available throughout. We bring all products and equipment.
