Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. Mark and Michelle are pet owners themselves and all MM Cleaning NI cleaners are comfortable around animals. You do not need to shut pets away or make special arrangements before a visit.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No. We bring all equipment and cleaning supplies. You just need to have a mop, bucket and your preferred floor cleaner available. Everything else comes with us.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. There are no contracts and no minimum terms. You can pause or cancel your regular slot at any point with no penalty. The £10 booking deposit is non-refundable, but there are no further charges if you decide to stop.
Do you offer end of tenancy cleaning in Carrickfergus?
Yes. End of tenancy and move-out cleans are available across Carrickfergus as one-off bookings. These are priced at £25 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Message us on WhatsApp to discuss your requirements and check availability.
How quickly can I get started?
