Regular domestic cleaning with MM Cleaning NI is £20 per hour with a two-hour minimum. A weekly or fortnightly visit covers the main areas of your home: vacuuming, mopping, kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, dusting, and wiping down surfaces.

The time a regular clean takes depends on the size of your property and what you want covered. A two-bedroom home typically takes two to three hours. A three or four-bedroom home usually needs three to four hours. Your cleaner will become more efficient as they get to know the property, so the first visit tends to take slightly longer.

There are no contracts. You can change your frequency, pause your visits, or cancel altogether at any point with no penalty.

One-Off and Deep Clean Costs

One-off cleans are £25 per hour with a two-hour minimum. These suit spring cleans, move-in or move-out cleans, end of tenancy cleans, or any situation where a home needs a proper reset rather than routine maintenance.

A full deep clean goes further than a standard one-off. The Booking Deposit

A £10 non-refundable deposit is required when booking a regular cleaning slot. It confirms the booking and holds the slot as yours. Without it, the slot stays available to other customers.

Once you submit your booking online, we send a payment link within 24 hours. If it's not paid within that window, the slot is released. Once paid, your slot is confirmed and your dedicated cleaner is assigned.

The deposit is separate from your cleaning cost. Your hourly rate starts from the moment your cleaner arrives.

What You Get for Your Money

The hourly rate includes a fully vetted, insured cleaner who arrives with all equipment and cleaning supplies. You provide a mop, bucket, and your preferred floor cleaner. Everything else comes with us.
